Immediate Start Available Assembly Operatives Required Manufacturing Opportunity Quest Employment is currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join our client's manufacturing and production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous engineering, manufacturing or automotive experience who are looking for ongoing work in a hands-on production environment. The ideal candidate will be confident using hand tools, able to work independently, and willing to use their own initiative and contribute new ideas to the team.

The Role As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently, following technical drawings and production specifications. You will play an important role in maintaining quality standards while supporting the smooth running of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities Operating hand tools and power tools to assemble products Following technical drawings, blueprints and detailed instructions Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Identifying and resolving issues during the manufacturing process Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following all site Health & Safety procedures Working independently and as part of a team Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering or assembly Previous automotive industry experience is desirable Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and understand technical drawings Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Reliable, hardworking and punctual Ability to use own initiative and contribute new ideas Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Pay & Benefits £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern 06:00 14:30 shift Up to 40 hours per week Overtime paid at 1.5x £150 Skills & Productivity Bonus Ongoing manufacturing opportunity Support from a dedicated Quest Employment consultant About Quest Employment Quest Employment is a leading UK recruitment agency specialising in industrial, commercial, and technical recruitment.
