Job Role:

The MotoGP Sales & Marketing Manager is the leader responsible for the overall growth and brand advancement of MotoGP Authentics. By developing comprehensive sales strategies, implementing innovative marketing campaigns, and strengthening our partnerships with MotoGP, MotoGP teams and riders, they will tailor the product offer to meet consumer demand and drive profitability whilst enhancing brand loyalty. They are responsible for directing a dedicated, cross‑functional team to achieve set KPI’s ensuring that each department's efforts contribute to the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement the strategic vision and plan for MotoGP Authentics, setting a clear direction that encompasses the total sales, marketing, product, customer experience and brand development.
  • Own and deliver the commercial trading performance of the eCommerce channel, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team of professionals across email & social media, auction, website merchandising, and commercial accounts, managing them to fulfil the brand's objectives and individual KPI’s.
  • Own and manage the partnership with MotoGP ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to brand and license guidelines.
  • Regularly engage with financial data, adjusting strategies to ensure profitability and ROI on partnership and royalty structures.
  • Work closely with product, licensing, and merchandising teams to plan ranges, manage stock levels, and optimise product performance.
  • Oversee site merchandising to maximise conversion and ensure product storytelling supports marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights to guide new product development based on market demand and fan trends.
  • Ensure full compliance with MotoGP licensing requirements, brand guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • A natural leader with a proven track record in steering digital growth, building market‑leading brands, and spearheading innovative digital initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships, team communications, and digital partnerships.
  • Ability to manage teams to hit digital marketing and sales KPIs, demonstrating a history of setting clear objectives, measuring performance, and adjusting tactics for maximum effectiveness.
