What you'll do
Hybrid working with an office day in Bridgwater or Northampton.
You will deliver insight‑driven CRM campaigns across our multi‑channel ecosystem—including email, push notifications, in‑app, loyalty and direct mail—and own campaigns end‑to‑end: planning, executing, and continuously optimising to bring our trading plan to life.
Your focus is on ensuring our customers receive highly personalised, segmented, and relevant communications. You will analyse the “why” behind results, use data to refine our strategy, and uncover new opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
Key responsibilitiesMulti‑Channel Deployment:
Own end‑to‑end campaign life cycles across Email, App, Loyalty, Push, and Direct Mail, ensuring consistent and complementary customer experiences.Personalisation & Strategy:
Leverage data and insights to build intelligent segmentation and targeting strategies that drive performance.Test & Learn:
Champion a robust A/B testing strategy to continuously enhance conversion metrics and improve the customer journey.Platform Mastery:
Act as a "Super User" for our marketing technology stack (e.g., Bloomreach, Ecrebo), driving operational efficiency and innovation.Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with Campaign, Commercial, and Insights teams to align CRM activity with overarching trading objectives.Professional Development:
Step in as a deputy for the Senior CRM Marketing Manager when needed and support the development of junior team members.

- Experience: You bring solid experience delivering CRM campaigns across multiple channels and are comfortable using marketing automation platforms.
