Location:

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + Benefits
Are you an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive looking to join a thriving creative agency where you'll work on exciting branding, digital, marketing and creative campaigns?
We're recruiting for an ambitious and growing marketing agency looking to strengthen its Client Services team with an experienced Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys agency life, managing multiple projects and building long-term client relationships.
Working alongside Design, Digital, Strategy and Production teams, you'll become the key link between clients and the creative studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple client accounts and creative projects from brief through to delivery.
* Build strong client relationships and act as the primary day-to-day contact.
* Produce detailed creative briefs for Design, Digital and Production teams.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, quotations and financial tracking.
* Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects remain on schedule.
* Lead client meetings, project updates and status reviews.
* Review creative work with excellent attention to detail before client approval.
* Support the delivery of integrated marketing, branding, print and digital campaigns.
* Maintain accurate project administration using internal project management systems.
* Work collaboratively with Creative, Strategy, Digital and Production teams.
Skills & Experience

About You
You'll be an organised, commercially aware Account Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll have excellent relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering outstanding customer service.
This role would also suit an ambitious Senior Account Executive looking to take the next step into Account Management.
