- Northampton Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join a growing business within the exhibitions and events sector based in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital content, social media, photography and video production. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating engaging content that showcases events, exhibitions, products and behind-the-scenes activity across multiple platforms.

The Role As a Content Creator, your duties may include:
Creating engaging content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns Producing photography and video content at events, exhibitions and within the business Editing videos, reels, graphics and promotional material Writing creative captions, blogs and marketing copy Managing and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms Supporting marketing campaigns and content planning Capturing behind-the-scenes content during exhibitions and live events Monitoring social media performance and engagement Suggesting improvements based on content performance and trends Ensuring all content is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

What Were Looking For We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience in content creation, social media, marketing or digital content Have strong photography and videography skills Are confident creating video, image and written content Have experience using editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar Have excellent written communication and copywriting skills Have a creative mindset and strong attention to detail Understand current digital and social media trends Have experience managing platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube Can manage multiple projects and work independently Are organised, proactive and enthusiastic

Desirable Experience The following would be beneficial but is not essential:

Experience with in exhibitions, events or creative marketing environments Previous experience attending events to capture live content Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work
