Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead marketing across their leisure and entertainment venues in the Northampton area. You will take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery across multiple sites, working closely with venue teams to drive footfall, brand awareness and engagement. This is a hands-on role covering everything from content and social media to campaign planning and local partnerships, ideal for someone who wants real ownership rather than sitting inside a rigid corporate structure.

You'll be trusted to make decisions and see the impact of your work directly on the ground.
