Job Description

This role is at the heart of the marketing team, from campaign assets and email communications to social media, brochures, graphics, and event materials, this individual will be responsible for bringing marketing ideas to life through engaging, high-quality content and design.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure all creative output is delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and supports business objectives.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is eager to get involved in all aspects of marketing and takes ownership of projects from concept through to execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Content Production

* Create compelling visual and written content that communicates the value of the products, services, customer success stories, and innovations.

* Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets including brochures, flyers, graphics, product sheets, banners, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.

* Ensure all content and creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and professionalism.

* Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively balanced.

Email & Social Media Management

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.

* Design and build email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, visual design, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.

* Attend events and exhibitions to capture live content.

* Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Campaign Support & Collaboration

* Work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign delivery through the creation of graphics, content, emails, social media assets, and supporting materials.

* Take ownership of creative requests from initial brief through to final delivery.

* Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

* Contribute ideas and creative thinking to campaign planning, content development, and marketing activities.

Skills Required:

* Some experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., segmentation, scheduling, performance analytics).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Creative mindset with an eye for detail, consistency, and storytelling.

* Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative marketing environment.
