Digital Channel Manager

Digital Channel Manager (Contract) Hybrid (2-3 Days Per Week) ? 6-Month Contract £200-£250 per day We're partnered with a globally recognised consumer brand looking for a hands-on Digital Channel Manager to support a broad portfolio of digital commerce activity across retail media, Amazon, digital commerce and social commerce. This is a true sleeves-rolled-up role where you'll be actively involved in delivery, optimisation and execution, whilst also acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, agency partners and cross-functional teams.

You'll work across multiple digital channels, helping to drive visibility, engagement and commercial performance, whilst ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned. What you'll be doing:
Managing digital channel activity across Retail Media, Amazon, Digital Commerce and Social Commerce Coordinating campaigns and initiatives across multiple functions and markets Driving channel optimisation and performance improvements Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and platform partners Managing timelines, priorities and project deliverables Providing reporting, insights and recommendations to support business decisions

What we're looking for:

Experience managing multiple digital channels within a consumer-facing brand Strong understanding of Retail Media, Amazon Marketplace and Digital Commerce environments Exposure to Social Commerce and emerging digital channels Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across different teams This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known global brand and make an immediate impact across a varied and commercially important digital channel portfolio.
