Permanent Practice Nurse Northampton £35,000 p/a in Northamptonshire

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Northampton that is currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:

• Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants.
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management.
• Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
• Child and adult immunisations.
• Cervical Cytology.
• Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring.
• Family planning.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services.
• Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations.

Dream Medical is also seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses for a busy team in Croydon. Skills required include ear syringing, travel immunisations, and compression bandages.

We are supporting a busy practice in Oxfordshire looking for full-time agency Practice Nurses. Work is onsite Monday to Friday, minimum 37.5 hours per week.

A Practice Nurse is urgently needed for a busy GP surgery in Reading, offering a great opportunity for experienced nurses in a rapidly growing surgery.
