As part of our close‑knit team, you’ll experience a culture that values respect, compassion and a shared commitment to exceptional care. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse for our award‑winning team at Cliftonville Care Home in Northampton.

• Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and ensuring high standards of care.
• Undertake nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
• Advise families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions.
• Deploy and supervise care staff effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during duty periods and residents receive required care.
• Provide high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.

• Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience with up‑to‑date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post‑basic studies/qualifications.
• Display good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
• Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.

• ADBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
