Job Title – Complex Wound Care Nurse
Locations – Northamptonshire, Bedford, Milton Keynes
Hours / shifts – Zero Hour
Hourly Pay – £24.52 per hour

What our clients are looking forWound Care nurses wanted to join our existing team and assist us to grow in Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes, working closely with colleagues and customers across the community setting. Every day will bring a blend of hands on clinical support, relationship building and problem solving.
Your role as a Complex Wound Care Nurse will include:- Provide treatment for patients with highly complex wounds, ensuring consistently high standards of evidence based, patient centred care.
- Support the prevention and management of pressure ulcers and other skin integrity concerns.
- A passion for continuous learning and for representing solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with NMC with active PIN
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience including community or hospital setting
- Extensive experience in wound care management
- Experience of safeguarding adults and children
- Effective communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work on own initiative as well a part of a team – self-motivated
- Effective people management skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence, elevate and seek advice
- Work with our own clients, no agency work

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
