LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER, OPERATIVES AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

Our client is one of the largest landscape businesses in the country, covering commercial landscape projects. We are seeking a variety of personnel. Landscape Supervisors/Team Leaders able to oversee small teams on Hard and Soft Landscape projects. Grounds Maintenance Operatives - work with the Teams on maintaining grounds and gardens within the Northampton area.

• Oversee small teams on hard and soft landscape projects as a Landscape Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Work with teams to maintain grounds and gardens within the Northampton area (Grounds Maintenance Operatives).
• Be well presented, punctual, good mannered and respectful to all.
• Be vocationally trained with a high level of site experience and deliver projects to the highest quality consistently and to budget.
• Communicate clearly and positively with all parties including your team leader and the public, meeting targets and deadlines and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure personal telephone calls are restricted to lunch and tea breaks except in an emergency.
• Ensure you have the correct materials, plant and tools to complete the jobs and report needs to the Team Leader with notice.
• Maintain daily maintenance of vehicles, plant and tools and look after company property.
• Take responsibility for own health and safety and that of those around you; complete tasks only if competent and trained; comply with health and safety policy, risk assessments and method statements.
• Uniform, safety boots and PPE will be provided.
• Ensure work is completed to the best possible standard according to instructions and specifications and to client satisfaction.
• Must have a full driving licence and CSCS certificate or be prepared to organise one.
