Location:

Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. Part‑time, 26.13 hours per week, split over three days with a 1:3 branch Saturday and a 1:10 hospital Sunday rotation. No on‑call duties.

Collaborate with three vets, nursing and reception staff, and a regional manager.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care and continually improve standards.
• Assist the veterinarian in theatre and during consultations as required.
• Maintain comprehensive patient hospitalization records and accurate documentation of hospitalized patients.
• Ensure a high standard of comfort and welfare for all pets.
• Keep equipment clean, sterilised, and properly stored.
• Maintain adequate stocks of drugs, diets, consumables, and place orders with suppliers to required levels.
• Assist with induction and training of new staff.
• Perform reception duties, handling client interactions in person, by email and telephone.
• Support student nurses as a clinical supervisor.

Rotations include two bank holidays per year at Mandeville Hospital. Hospital services include a 24‑hour facility with advanced diagnostics.

• Salary band £32,000 – £36,000 per year (pro‑rated for part‑time).
