Employing approx. 45 staff, our progressive client is seeking to recruit an outstanding individual who will play a pivotal role in managing quality, audits, compliance, internal and external clients, suppliers, and staff from a coaching/educating perspective. This role may suit someone seeking their next career move in terms of advancement or an experience QC Manager seeking their next challenge.

Specific duties of the role:

• To ensure all products comply with food & feed safety, quality and legality requirements and ensure all staff comply with food & feed safety, quality and legality procedures and policies.
• Ensure that Weekly/Monthly audits are carried out and review records generated by Supervisory, Team Leaders and Production line staff, and verify against companys best practice.
• Complete ad-hoc Quality reports and summaries when required.
• Control of the quality manual:
  Updating, maintaining and ensuring company compliance with current legislation/customer/governing body standards.
• Control of documents:
  Updating and maintaining company documents. Updating and maintaining records/forms and ensuring correct usage.
