• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assess and value properties for the market
• Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
• Generate new and repeat business
• Canvass the local area; door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
• Team spirit and enjoyable working environment
• Outstanding customer service reputation
• Work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of current residential lettings legislation (ideally)
