INTERIM ESTATES TEAM LEADER - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Park Avenue is pleased to be working with a Local Authority in Northamptonshire seeking an enthusiastic Interim Estates Team Leader to join their team.

The Contract

3-month initial term (with potential for extension)
£425‑£450 per day (Inside IR35)
2 days per week in the office

The Role

You will lead and support 2‑3 junior team members, overseeing a broad range of estates management responsibilities including rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord & tenant matters. Alongside team supervision, you will manage the day‑to‑day delivery of a commercial property portfolio, undertaking transactional work such as rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations (as required), and general landlord and tenant matters.

About You

MRICS preferred
Registered Valuer status desirable (not essential)
Proven Local Authority experience
Confident in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors
