Chef

Class 1 Personnel are working with a client based within the Northampton area for Chef (s) to cover events. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who is looking for additiional work and has a passion for food

• Supervision of the unit including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training and all day to day operations of the kitchen.
• Undertake and/or lead a team where appropriate in the preparation, cooking and service of the meal..
• To take responsibility for the standards of cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen premises and equipment whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels of cleaning materials.

• A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
• Ideally experience in delivering good quality meals
• Knowledge of food safety and HAACP

Chef(s) must have a level 2 food hygiene certificate or above
