Chef de Partie – Busy Conference & Training Centre – Northamptonshire – 37.5 hour week – Straight Shifts
Our client is a busy conference & training centre in the Northamptonshire Countryside who are recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare residential meals and for meetings and events. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and manage service and encourage junior chefs in the Head Chef's absence. The role offers 5 straight shifts with a 37.5 hour week.
The shifts are either 6:30 – 14:30 or 12:00 – 20:00 five days from seven. Due to location you will need your own transport.
