Raffles is seeking an experienced demi chef de partie to lead a section of the kitchen, guiding commis and junior chefs while assisting sous chefs to deliver dishes to Raffles standards.
You will train junior cooks, ensure hygiene and stock control, and collaborate with the team to develop new dishes for all outlets, maintaining exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. This role requires professionalism, punctuality and a proactive approach in a luxury hotel environment.
