Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Canopy Café and Bar, a poolside dining spot. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure high-quality dishes, and develop junior staff while supporting management in efficiency and cost control.
The role involves supervising daily prep, coaching juniors, acting as deputy when needed, and monitoring stock and waste reduction. Evening/weekend shifts and a minimum 160 hours per 4 weeks apply.
