Excellent Junior Sous Role in Country Inn - Excellent Career Opportunity
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in a village outside Northampton for a Chef to work in their busy Country Inn. The property serves all fresh food to rosette level each service to restaurant and bar customers as well as private functions and weddings. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Sous Chef with a calm personality who can assist in leading the team during a busy service.
You will need your own transport due to location.
- Salary £35-35K
- Meals & Uniform
- Parking
- 28 days holiday
- Training and development within the company
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for restauarnt/bar and functions
- Mix of Straights & Shifts
- You will already be a Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Have experience of working in a busy hotel, pub or restaurant
- Good attention to detail
