Retail Assistant - Part Time

We are hiring a retail assistant for our shop in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The role is a permanent part‑time position of 20 hours per week spread over four days, including weekend shifts.

• Ages 16 – 20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

• Provide a welcoming greeting to all customers
• Assist customers in locating products
• Operate the till efficiently and courteously
• Handle stock safely, including unloading deliveries and restocking freezers and shelves
• Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and tidiness in collaboration with the team
• Perform routine daily and weekly tasks to support shop operations
