Visual Merchandising Manager Assistant Store Manager Floor Manager Department Manager Commercial Manager Store Manager with strong VM exposure You'll bring: 2 years' experience leading teams in retail Strong visual merchandising capability and commercial awareness A natural eye for detail and customer experience Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, lifestyle or large-format retail Confidence influencing and developing teams Energy, pace and a passion for delivering results Experience managing high-volume environments and large turnovers would be advantageous.
