Retail Assistant - M&S

Role Overview

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

This position offers variable shifts.

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
• Representing M&S and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations

• Passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
• Excellent team player with great communication skills
• Desire to succeed in your role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated great timekeeping and reliability
