Work Pattern

We have various work patterns available, including weekend working backstage within the Operations team. This will include working between the hours of 22:00–06:00. A full work pattern will be discussed in interview.

This job role involves working through the night and therefore we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.

The £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00–06:00.

• Flexibility is vital. You’ll work across the wider store where needed – keeping pace with retail demands.
• You’ll be digitally confident, using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.
• Being a team player is essential. You’ll work across functions and support colleagues throughout the store.
• Adapt quickly to early morning deliveries, shifting stock late into the day, and other evolving tasks.
