Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Hertfordshire. You’ll provide friendly service, work across shifts including mornings, afternoons and weekends, and play a part in keeping the store running smoothly. Training is provided and you’ll help promote Co‑op membership.
You’ll rotate between tills, shop floor and our in‑store bakery, ensuring shelves are stocked and prices and dates are accurate, while supporting the community through partnerships and charity activity.
