Role Overview We are seeking a confident, results-driven Telephone Sales Agent to generate leads and book appointments for our field sales team. You will engage with business owners, explain our services, and secure qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data lists. Qualify leads and identify decision-makers. Explain the benefits of our business rates consultancy services. Book appointments for the field sales team. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs. Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Resilient and target-driven. Ability to handle objections professionally.

Self-motivated and proactive. Previous experience in telesales or lead generation (B2B preferred).
