Sales Associate

We're expending our sales team and looking for a Sales Associate who is ready to make a measurable impact! In this role, you will help drive our continued growth by mastering the eCommerce landscape and executing creative, personalised outreach strategies. What you will be doing...

Working alongside our team of SDR's and Sales Consultants you'll drive growth at J&J Fulfilment by managing the full sales cycle for new business.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead conversion: Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website enquiries
• Outbound prospecting: Strategically identify, reach out to, and close new business opportunities
• Product expertise: Act as an industry expert, conducting online demo's of our award winning software
• Closing: Develop bespoke pricing models and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships

• Please note this role is located at our Northampton office, so you must be able to work in the office 4 days per week with the option of one day WFH

Who are we looking for?

• You have previous inbound & outbound sales experience (such as Business Development, SDR..)
• You're able to learn new things quickly, and can wrap your head around technical solutions
• You're a team player, and happy to get stuck in
• Motivation is key - you're not easily deterred and can keep focused on your targets
• You have great time management and can keep yourself organised
• Picking up the phone doesn't faze you - you're confident making outbound phone calls
