The Sales Executive will identify and engage with potential clients, understand their technical education needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular client visits, market research, and contribution to sales strategies are integral parts of this role.
What You will be doing:- Visit customers and promote the range of Learning Systems of Festo Didactic in the UK and Ireland.
- Participate at exhibitions.
- Lead generation and follow up.
- Follow up of government funding mechanism for various qualifications.
- Timely update of the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed your sales target.
- Manage all sales activities from the provision of initial customer visit through to customer sign off.
- Effective and successful participation at tenders.
- Assist with other customer related activities where required.
- Close collaboration with Support & Training Team.
- Assist DSL in setting the strategy and achieve its objectives.
- Strong sales acumen, client relationship management, and business development skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of technical education equipment and industrial training solutions is an asset
- Proficiency in market re89op'search, strategic planning, and reporting
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in sales or account management, particularly in the education or industrial sector, is beneficial
- Willingness to travel in the UK and Ireland
