Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field + Digital) Commission based

We’re a growing commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services to medical practices, offices, and warehouses. Alongside this, we also offer carpet & floor cleaning, window cleaning and sanitary services.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help us win new commercial clients through a combination of physical site visits and digital outreach.

This is a hybrid role:

  • 3 days per week – Field Sales (business-to-business visits)
  • 1–2 days per week – Marketing and lead generation

Sales (Field-Based – 3 Days)

You will be visiting local businesses and introducing our cleaning services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Canvassing:Visiting medical practices, offices, and warehouses. Speaking with reception staff, managers, or decision-makers
  • Lead Generation:Secure contact details for decision-makers and book site surveys/quotes for our operations team.
  • Pitching:Clearly explain the benefits of our cleaning services (including other services). Introducing our commercial cleaning, floor cleaning window cleaning, and sanitary services
  • Following up on previous site visits by phone or email
  • Recording visit outcomes and next steps to the senior management

You’ll suit this if you:

  • Are confident starting conversations face-to-face
  • Are comfortable with cold outreach
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Present yourself professionally

Sales or customer-facing experience is useful.

You will support simple, targeted marketing activity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Posting and engaging on company social media
  • Using Linked In Sales Navigator to research businesses and decision-makers
  • Finding contact names and building lead lists
  • Supporting follow-up activity

You’ll suit this if you:

  • Are organised and detail-focused
  • Have an interest in marketing or business development
  • Training will be provided
  • Commission on new business secured and signed
  • Flexible hours - office based two day & flexibility for sales visits
