Location - Northampton

Hours - Monday–Thursday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm | Friday: 9:00 am–4:30 pm

Salary - £28,000‑£30,000 DOE

We are proud to be partnering with a globally recognised industry expert known for delivering high-quality, sustainable products. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Northampton.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. Working closely with both customers and the external sales team, you will ensure a seamless customer journey while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and technical support
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently
• Process sales orders and provide customers with delivery updates
• Identify new business opportunities and support the external sales team
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments

• Previous experience within internal sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, motivated, and results-driven approachvi>
• Full access to your own transport is essential due to travel requirements
