New Homes Sales Advisor – Northampton / Wellingborough

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to support the launch of an exciting new residential development in Wellingborough
, within the wider Northampton area. This is a key role within the project, offering the opportunity to shape the customer journey from the very beginning.

The successful candidate must have proven experience working in new homes sales
, with a strong understanding of the full new‑build sales process — from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, progression, and completion. You will be confident working independently, building rapport with buyers, and delivering a polished, professional customer experience.

You will begin on a 2‑day working pattern
, increasing to 3–4 days per week as the development progresses and customer activity grows. The site is due to launch in June
, with beautifully designed Show Homes opening in October/November
, giving you the opportunity to be involved from the ground up.

Working hours are 9am–5pm
, and the package includes a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
