Job Overview
My client, a growing specialist business, is seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across high-value security projects.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a multi-million-pound pipeline.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Lead bid qualification decisions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy.
- Represent the business at industry and client meetings.
- Experience in business development, key account management and selling high-value, solution-led services within technical, engineering, infrastructure or construction-related environments.
£65,000 basic salary, performance-related commission with £100k+ OTE, high autonomy and direct involvement in commercial growth strategy.
This role is not a transactional sales position and requires significant office presence in Northampton.
