You’ll join a supportive training programme designed to help you develop confidence, understand the logistics sector, and learn how to build lasting client relationships.

About the Role

Our business works with world‑leading delivery partners to provide businesses with reliable domestic and international shipping solutions.

In this role, you’ll learn how to identify new opportunities, speak with potential clients, and help them improve how they ship their goods—saving them time and money.

What You’ll Be Doing Learning the Basics of Sales
  • Reach out to potential small and medium‑size businesses via phone, email, and Linked In
  • Learn how to introduce services and spark interest
  • Research companies and understand their delivery needs
Booking Meetings & Building Confidence
  • Arrange meetings for further conversations with potential clients
  • Develop your communication skills through real conversations
Understanding Customer Needs
  • Learn how businesses manage shipping and logistics
  • Support in presenting simple, effective solutions that add value
Developing Your Sales Skills
  • Take part in structured training, coaching sessions, and role‑play exercises
  • Begin building your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Work towards closing your first deals with guidance from experienced team members
Growing Client Relationships
  • Learn how to maintain and develop relationships with new customers
  • Support ongoing account growth and client satisfaction
