The Role

From your first call to your first deal, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing Get stuck into sales from day one
  • Reach out to SMEs via phone, email, and Linked In
  • Learn how to grab attention and start meaningful conversations
  • Research businesses and understand their shipping challenges
Build confidence & book meetings
  • Set up meetings with decision‑makers
  • Develop strong communication skills through real interactions
Understand needs & add value
  • Learn how businesses manage logistics and shipping
  • Help present smarter, cost‑saving solutions
Develop your sales skills & start closing
  • Take part in hands‑on training, coaching, and live roleplays
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Work toward closing your first deals with support from experienced mentors
Grow accounts & maximise earnings
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Support long‑term account growth and retention
