Start your property career with haart Estate Agents in Northampton. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to the industry who is eager to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear career progression opportunities while gaining hands‑on experience helping landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. If you’re proactive, people‑focused, and ready for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Option to pursue fully funded property industry training leading to a nationally recognised qualification (where available)

- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings

- Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car

Please note:
If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
