What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Relationship Building
  • Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing SME clients
  • Understand customer shipping patterns and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Deliver personalised support and become a trusted advisor
Sales Training & Development
  • Participate in a structured 12‑month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning
  • Benefit from a blended learning model, including residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and field coaching
Account Management
  • Manage newly onboarded accounts, supporting them with pricing, billing, queries, and service improvements
  • Solve customer issues quickly and collaboratively with internal teams
Performance & Career Growth
  • Progress through clear promotion pathways built around performance milestones
  • Earn lifetime commissions on every account you manage, building long‑term earning potential
