Windmill9 Ltd is hiring a Estate Agent Sales Negotiator based in Northampton, Northamptonshire, East Midlands, UK

This role is a Full time position with a base salary of £35,000 and potential commission.
Key Details- Location:
Northampton - Basic Pay: £29,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
- Industry: Residential Sales
- Contract Type:
Permanent / Full Time - Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 - Saturday rota: 9:00 – 16:00 with TOIL
- Experience Essential
- Driving License Essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and guide clients through the sales process
