Sales Development- Engage with SMEs via phone, email, and Linked In
- Learn how to position services effectively and generate interest
- Research businesses to understand their needs and challenges
- Book and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Build confidence through real sales conversations
- Develop knowledge of logistics and operational challenges
- Support in presenting tailored, value‑led solutions
- Participate in structured onboarding, coaching, and role‑play sessions
- Build your own pipeline of opportunities
- Progress towards closing deals with support from experienced mentors
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support account growth and long‑term customer success
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new people
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales
- £30,000 base salary
- £35,000–£45,000 OTE in year one (uncapped commission)
