As a Customer Relations Executive, you will act as the face, voice, and energy of our elite client portfolio. This is not a hidden desk job; it is a collaborative, frontline commercial role. Your primary responsibility will be executing field-based consumer acquisition campaigns, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our clients' brand guidelines are represented with flawless professionalism. You will learn how to analyze consumer responses, overcome objections, and deliver top-tier customer experiences that turn everyday buyers into long-term brand advocates.
CoreResponsibilities & Duties
- Frontline Brand Representation: Actively deliver customer engagement activities as part of live, face-to-face promotional campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition: Confidently initiate conversations, establish rapid rapport, identify customer needs, and securely close sales.
- Campaign Evaluation: Participate in morning strategy sessions to review territory demographics, set daily targets, and brainstorm creative approach techniques.
- The Person a: Outgoing, empathetic, and naturally confident when speaking with members of the public.
- The Drive: Target-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a high-performance environment where effort equates to financial reward.
- The Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess full permanent eligibility to work in the UK, and have a reliable daily commute to our central office. (We cannot support student or Tier 4 visas).
