Brand Ambassador – McQueens Dairies

Brand Ambassador for McQueens Dairies, sharing the company story with new audiences and maintaining a professional presence in public. Build rapport with customers, adapting approach to the individual. Possess strong knowledge of products and delivery service.

Objection handling: recognise objections and steer the conversation in a different direction to overcome them. Answer questions about products and services. Meet and exceed sales targets for both new customers and customer retention.

• Coordinate with team leader to understand map locations to canvass.
• Clearly explain our service to customers.
• If they sign up, clarify next steps.
• Accurately obtain customers’ contact details and product order.
• Enter data onto the CRM system.
• Distribute leaflets outlining the service and products we offer.
• Eliminate the risk of complaints by providing excellent customer service and an accurate sales pitch.

Bonus scheme:
In addition to guaranteed income from hourly pay, earn commissions and bonuses based on daily litres sold, customer retention, and weekend sales. Potential to earn £100+ extra per week.

Qualifications:

• Highly self‑motivated.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
• Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment is beneficial.

Employment:
Permanent contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12:00pm – 19:30pm.

Starting pay: £27,976 per annum, with weekly commission paid. Overtime available on weekends.
