Car Sales Executive

Location: West Northamptonshire

Our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in Northampton, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their successful team.

* Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm;
Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm; one in three Sundays 11:00am - 3:00pm
Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
 
* Selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
 
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
 
* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
 
* Offering expert advice and in-depth product knowledge
 
* Providing an engaging and professional sales experience
 
* Maintaining knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and promotions
 
* Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
 
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided
 
* Motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
 
* Strong communication and customer service skills
 
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
 
* Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach
 
* Valid UK driving licence
