Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Northampton, for a Car Sales Executive position.

• Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £40,000+

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used vehicles within a fast-paced dealership environment
• Presenting vehicle features and benefits to customers to assist in vehicle selection
• Managing customer enquiries and guiding buyers through the entire sales process
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Selling finance, insurance, and additional products in line with customer needs and regulatory standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and objectives as a Car Sales Executive
• Supporting the dealership’s reputation for high stock turnover and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Positive, proactive, and target-driven approach
• Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations
