Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Trainee Lead Generation Executive (Sales/B2B) to join a progressive and growing Business to Business marketing business based in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual looking to develop a career in B2B sales, lead generation and client account management.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person, with genuine opportunities for internal progression.

This isn't a traditional high-volume call centre environment. The business focuses on quality over quantity, building strong relationships and generating high-quality leads and appointments for a range of B2B clients.

You will take ownership of your campaigns, build relationships with prospects and become a key point of contact for your clients.

• Making outbound B2B prospecting and telemarketing calls
• Identifying potential customers and generating quality sales leads
• Understanding prospect requirements and identifying opportunities
• Building relationships with potential customers
• Booking and managing appointments on behalf of clients
• Managing a pipeline of prospective customers
• Gathering market information and reporting back to clients
• Developing campaigns to meet individual client requirements
• Providing regular client updates and campaign briefings
• Liaising professionally with clients and prospects
• Carrying out account administration using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
• Using Linked In and other online platforms to research prospects
• Attending occasional face-to-face client meetings

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and personable with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to people over the telephone
• Motivated, organised and results-focused
• Commercially aware and interested in developing relationships
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to manage their own workload
• Keen to learn and progress within a growing business

• £25,000 starting salary
• Rising to £26,000 after successful probation
• Bonus scheme with OTE up to £29,000

Due to the location in Northampton (NN7), your own transport is essential as the business is not accessible by public transport. The role is easily commutable from Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden and surrounding areas.
