We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in Northampton, for the position of Car Sales Executive. Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Providing expert advice and detailed product knowledge
• Developing a thorough understanding of the dealership’s vehicle portfolio
• Conducting test drives and presenting finance options
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided
• Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented as the Car Sales Executive
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy dealership environment
• Valid UK driving licence is essential
• A professional attitude and a genuine passion for automotive sales
