Job Details
- Location:
Northampton - Salary: £30,000-£32,000 Basic + Bonus
- OTE: £35,000-£36,000
- Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm
- No Sunday or Bank Holiday working
- £35,000-£36,000 OTE

Parts Supervisor Role - Support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
- Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers
- Process parts orders accurately and maintain stock levels
- Support and guide Parts Advisors within the department
- Handle telephone, trade and customer parts enquiries
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
- Maintain high standards of customer service and departmental efficiency
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor is advantageous
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
- Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
