Zone Manager

• Deliver sales and growth targets across the geographical area
• Support, develop, and engage Avon Representatives and Sales Leaders
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Sales Leaders
• Drive Representative engagement, retention, recognition, and development
• Plan and deliver local events, training sessions, recruitment activities, and community engagement programmes
• Grow Avon presence in new and underrepresented territories
• Deploy campaigns, incentives, and business priorities to maximise sales performance
• Monitor performance data and drive action plans to achieve KPIs
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching
• Provide support and guidance as a key contact for Representatives and Sales Leaders

• Proven experience driving sales growth and delivering results
• Strong relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and virtually
• Confident coaching and influencing ability
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
• Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and improve results
• Full driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
