At wed2b, our Senior Bridal Sales Consultants combine strong sales performance with a supportive, customer-focused approach. In this role, you’ll not only achieve your own targets but also help guide and develop the wider team to deliver consistent results.
Your day to day responsibilities- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales performance
- Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests
- Build rapport quickly and understand each bride’s style, needs, and budget
- Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care
- Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance
- Proven experience in retail sales
, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment - A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets
- Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset
, with the ability to balance empathy and commercial focus - Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
- £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission
