You will build relationships, win new business, and develop into a successful Commercial Finance Broker.

Earnings potential is significant, with uncapped commission once you move into a fee-earning role:
- £70,000-£85,000 in your first fee-earning year after completing the programme

How the 24-month programme develops you- Months 0-6: build the foundations - learn the core finance products, lender landscape and customer profiles while developing confidence in outbound prospecting and opportunity generation.
- Months 6-12: move closer to the full sales cycle - work alongside an experienced broker, develop client-handling skills and learn how to prepare credit proposals and supporting documentation.
- Months 12-18: take greater ownership - begin managing smaller transactions from initial conversation through to completion, while gaining exposure to larger and more complex deals.
- Months 18-24: refine your commercial and sales approach - broaden your exposure to senior leadership and prepare to qualify into a commission-generating broker role.

As a Graduate Finance Broker, you will:
- Conduct outbound sales activity to generate interest, identify opportunities and build new client relationships
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand a client's business, funding needs and commercial priorities
- Develop knowledge across a broad range of commercial finance products and lenders
- Prepare proposals and credit applications, working with clients to gather relevant documentation
- Work alongside senior brokers and Sales Directors on live opportunities and transactions
- Accurately record activity within the CRM system
- Build and manage a live pipeline of opportunities
- Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you progress through the programme
