As a result of continued success, they're now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Lead Generator.
What You'll Be Doing
Researching and identifying prospective customers
Building and maintaining targeted prospect databases
Contacting key decision-makers via phone, email and Linked In
Introducing the company's products and services
Qualifying opportunities and identifying genuine sales potential
Booking appointments for the external sales team
Following up warm and cold prospects
Supporting marketing campaigns through outbound activity
Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
Managing a pipeline of opportunities and follow-up actions
Working towards agreed activity and appointment targets
Who We're Looking For
Enjoys speaking to people
Is confident making outbound calls
Can build rapport quickly
Is naturally curious and asks good questions
Takes pride in hitting targets
Is organised and self-motivated
Doesn't let rejection knock their confidence
Enjoys uncovering new opportunities
Can work independently when required
Brings energy and enthusiasm to a team Experience in lead generation, telesales, recruitment, business development, account management, estate agency or any role involving outbound communication would be advantageous.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hungry to succeed and enjoys the challenge of winning new business opportunities.
